Native to south-east Asia, Alocasia Lauterbachiana needs heat and moisture to develop its long, wavy, lance-shaped leaves. It has an upright form with strong stems dotted with green and purple for added interest.

CULTIVATION

If you have a warm, bright bathroom, Alocasia Lauterbachiana might be perfect. Maintain a minimum temperature of 15 °C, warmer if possible. Water regularly in summer, reduce during winter, fertilise in spring every three to four weeks.
