PLANT
The Condor's beak pepper is also a member of the large Chinensis family. This particular shrub, which comes from Peru, is called Condor's beak precisely because the shape of the chillies is slightly reminiscent of a condor's beak.
The degree of spiciness that these fruits can reach ranges from 30000 to 50000 Scoville degrees, not too intense, suitable for those who like spicy foods but without exaggerating.
CULTIVATION
When cultivating hot peppers, it should be borne in mind that they prefer a hot and humid climate, similar to a tropical climate. Water as needed.
COLLECTION
Once it has reached maturity, it is detached from the plant throughout the summer.
USES IN THE KITCHEN
In the kitchen, it is recommended with braised meats and game.
