PLANT
The Naga Viper originating from northern BanglaDesh is considered among the hottest chillies in the world, belonging to the Capsicum Chinense family, classified as extreme they can reach a degree of hotness expressed through the Scoville scale (SHU) of over 1,000,000 units. Their flavour is fruity on the palate and their extreme spiciness reveals itself very slowly. The distinguishing feature of this wonderful chilli when fully ripe is its bright red colour. Our advice is to try it at least once in extreme moderation, it will be an unforgettable experience.
CULTIVATION
When cultivating the Naga Viper, it should be borne in mind that it is a chilli that prefers a hot and humid climate, similar to a tropical climate. Water as required.
COLLECTION
Once it has reached maturity, it is detached from the plant.
USES IN THE KITCHEN
In the kitchen, it is recommended with braised meats and game.
