These conditions concern Garden Shop Pasini, owner of www.venditapiccolifrutti.it and manager of the content of the site itself and of the related services. www.venditapiccolifrutti.it reserves the right to modify, add or delete parts of these conditions, bringing them to the attention of those concerned by publishing the changes on the site or by e-mail.

Each user is required to periodically check these conditions to ascertain any changes that have occurred since the last consultation of the site. In any event, use of the site and its services implies acceptance of the changes made in the meantime.

SHIPMENTS

All our products are packed in such a way as to guarantee their safety.

To ensure safe and punctual delivery, shipments only take place every MONDAY e TUESDAY e MERCOLDÍ of every week in Italy, for the Islands we will only send the MONDAY e TUESDAYwith regard to abroad only the MONDAY.

Cost per shipment National including islands: € 9.90 (regardless of the number of products)
Cost per shipment for Minor Islands: € 29.90 (regardless of the number of products)

The more products you buy, the less the cost of shipping affects the products!!! For orders of € 99.00 or more, shipping is free of charge. (*Excluding smaller islands)

Shipping times (once payment has been received) range from 1 to 3 working days, in the case of orders associated with promotions with coupons/discount vouchers, shipping times may be increased by up to 2 extra working days.

In order to prevent plants from being held in storage over the weekend, purchases made on Wednesday and Thursday will leave the following Monday (there may be exceptions depending on the product and time of year) .

All our products are packed in such a way as to guarantee their safety.

In the case of orders associated with coupon/discount voucher promotions, delivery times may be increased by up to 4 extra working days.

Customs Charges
Payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the customer and their amount is calculated according to the law in force in the country of destination of the shipment. We are not aware of the amount of customs charges, which will instead be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment arrives at its destination.
In the event that the charges are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipping and customs charges themselves will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded.

PAYMENTS

At the time of purchase, you can choose between the following types of payment:

BANK TRANSFER

The order will be processed as soon as we receive the credit on the bank account (approx. 2/3 days). To speed up the shipment, we recommend that you forward a copy of the bank transfer to fax number +39/0309962509 or to the following e-mail address info@venditapiccolifrutti.it.
As soon as the order is confirmed, you will see the transfer information, which will also be sent to your mailbox.

PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD

If you select one of these payment types, your order will be processed as soon as we receive credit to your PAYPAL account. If you have a credit card, you can open the PAYPAL account at your discretion.

SATISPAY
After placing the products you are interested in in the shopping cart of your website account, proceed to payment by selecting the Satispay option.

POSTEPAY RECHARGE
The order will be processed as soon as we receive credit.
As soon as you have confirmed your order, you will see the information on how to make the recharge, which will also be sent to your mailbox.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the regulations in force pursuant to Article 5 DL 185/1999, it is possible to avail oneself of the right of withdrawal if the following conditions are met.

You must notify us of your wish to avail yourself of this right within 10 days of receipt of the goods by registered letter with advice of receipt to the following address:

The letter of request must indicate the details of a bank or postal account into which the amount due will be credited.

In addition, the product purchased and no longer wanted must be returned to us within the same period. It must be intact in its original packaging. It must be complete in all its parts, including accessories, manuals and other material in the packaging. Please also enclose a copy of the tax receipt or purchase invoice. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our shop, is the full responsibility of the customer. Once the goods have been received and their integrity has been checked, the price of the goods will be refunded to the bank account indicated in the letter requesting the right of withdrawal.

The refund concerns the price of the products net of shipping costs and will be made within 30 days from when the goods are returned to us.

If the packaging and/or the original packaging is damaged, we shall deduct from the refund due a percentage, in any case not exceeding 10% thereof, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.

The right of withdrawal lapses completely, due to the lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where it is ascertained that

the lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
the absence of integral elements of the product;
damage to the product due to causes other than transport.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, we shall return the purchased goods to the sender and charge him for the shipping costs.
